I thoroughly recommend Richard and the team. Our first visit happened by chance as the agent next door waved us away for some reason – their loss was our gain as Richard welcomed us in and treated us like royalty (Fortnum and Mason style 😁). He listened to us, discussed our needs and using his vast local knowledge he spent time showing us suitable properties. Richard has some gorgeous properties on his books as well as those which need attention. For refurbs he knows reliable workmen to get things done on time rather than ‘mañana’.
