Following preliminary meetings with Marbella City Council, hotel use appears to offer the highest permitted floor ‌area ‌ratio ‌(FAR). ‌According ‌to the ‌initial ‌discussions, ‌the change ‌of use would require the ‌submission ‌of a basic ‌project to the ‌Urban ‌Planning ‌Department ‌of ‌Marbella ‌City ‌Council.
