The entrance to this villa gives nothing away as you drive up to the main house. The driveway opens to reveal garages on one side complete with a guest room on the side, complete with a terrace on the front. Swirling stone pathways lead off in several directions all surrounded by fruit trees and towered over by fir trees offering intermittent shade.

In a furthermost corner of the grounds and looking succinctly like a magical hideaway is a bodega. Stepping inside is life changing as the low lit wood and stone interiors welcome you in for a glass of your favorite tipple, to be taken with friends, seated on high barstools around the centre table.

On this floor and adjacent to the patio are two bedrooms, open and spacious and offer the privacy of their own ensuite bathrooms which are elegant in their marble finishings. Both bedrooms offer plenty of wardrobe space, are brightly lit through large windows and are furnished each with a glowing flair all its own.

On the other side of the internal patio is a mezzanine sitting room, exquisite in grey and white and offering a sofa to recline on whilst overlooking the billiards table lower down. This game room offers incredible views out over the gardens, terraces, BBQ and directly out over the sea. A bar in the corner offers refreshments for players whilst a chess table entices champions to take a seat opposite their opponent.

The kitchen is on a higher level still, and is heavenly as it looks out over the sitting room. Furnished in grained wood units interspersed with oatmeal veined marble tops, wooden beams are eye catching above. A central unit offers seating on one side whilst on the other the hob and double ovens invite the chef du jour to do his best! The overall feeling is one of warmth and familiarity.

Through one of two glass door, access is to a relaxed sitting room, with stone clad walls and glass curtains that open fully allowing the merging of the outdoor with the indoor. A direct view takes in the infinity pool but drags your eyes out further to the twinkling blue horizon beyond. Steps down give access to the poolside terraces and sun loungers speak of lazy afternoons.

Adjacent is the more formal dining table, simple and elegantly set in wood, its creamed covered chairs blending easily in with the colours throughout the open space. Further back a small sofa area, complete with lazy chairs, sits alongisde a small office space. The room offers views out over the front of the property as well as exit to the front via a side door.

The icing on this incredible cake must surely be the master suite, accessed by ascending the dazzling marble staircase. This loft is nothing short of sensational! Unparalleled sea views are the first thing to greet you through vast sliding terraces doors that open back to give access to the glass balustrade private terrace where you can either relax on swish armchairs, immerse yourself in the hot tub or perch deftly in the hanging chair.

The lounge is heavenly in its appearance, with whites and soft greys complementing each other under a vaulted ceiling supported by white washed wood beams. A double height ceiling with windows allows shards of light to filter in adding delicacy to the room.
Through into the private bathroom where a double sink unit is resplendent in onyx marble atop wooden unit. Ornately furnished with a freestanding bath tub, a walk in shower is in a secluded corner further along.

The master suite is light, bright and ethereal, with colossal sliding doors offering access to a private upper terrace whilst the windows open and looked down on the Andalucian patio.Swathes of natural light flood in from every side of this room highlighting the regally placed wooden beam overhead. A full size walk in closet is discreet behind sliding doors keeping the suite streamlined and uncluttered.
The exterior is reminiscent of lazy hazy summer days, bathing in the twinkling infinity pool or lunching on the terrace beside the BBQ. A sauna placed nearby teases guests in with the promise of a deep cleanse finished with a fresh outdoor shower adjacent, all the while the sea rises grandly in the background.
