Direct access to the properties from the main street. With parking at the entrance of the house.

Once we enter the main floor, on the one hand we can access the kitchen, living room/dining room of the second home. It also has the main bedroom on the top floor and two other bedrooms and bathrooms are accessed from the main entrance.

Once we enter the main door, we can access the bedrooms of the second home or go up to the first.

If we go down we find two bedrooms and the bathroom.

If we go up to the first floor, we enter the hall. To the right we have an open concept kitchen/living room with beautiful views of the town. To the left we have two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a bathroom.

We go up to the top floor and we have the main bedroom with a bathroom and dressing room, along with the terrace with magnificent views of the town.

This is an ECOLOGICAL Finca – everything is environmentally friendly, all natural and ecological – the construction is made of wood and clay, the water is from a well and the electricity is produced by solar panels. There is no possibility of connection to the sewage system.

It is a different place, for a different lifestyle and not suitable for people looking for urban comfort.

On the Finca there are olive, almond, fig, pomegranate, avocado, custard apple, peach, flat peach, grapes, apple, pear, loquat, orange, lemon, mulberry, quince, persimmon, grapefruit, arbutus, jujube, etc. Also medicinal plants, flowers for the bees and ornamental plants are perfectly matched. Everything on the Finca is in the making – nothing is finished – everything is changing. Organic oil is produced, the fields are fertilised with earthworm humus and compost is prepared.

The vegetable garden produces according to the season – it is very varied and can be expanded. There is a beautiful stream with crystal clear water on the Finca which can be dried in some summers. The Finca is in the countryside, about 2 km from the village and 25 km from Marbella. It is a hilly area, with no neighbours nearby.

There is a dry toilet and the water and electricity are produced by solar panels. The construction of the house is also ecological – tyres, bottles, beer cans have been recycled as well as mud and wood. The access to the Finca is via an unpaved road and preferably with an off-road car. In times of heavy rain it can become impassable for a few days.
