This idyllic residence is located at the mountain village of Yunquera, about 1 hour's drive from Malaga airport.
The home is an old olive mill that still contain several details from the mill and has a very charming rustic feel to it. It is divided into two parts, where the rear part is built into the cliff and consists of 2 floors. The lower floor is currently used only for storage. On the top floor, a bar has been created, which is built info part of the rocks and would be ideal for a "Man Cave" or party area. Here there is ample opportunity to create a nice room for entertaining guests.
The front part of the house has 2 floors, but there is a toilet under the kitchen, which is in the basement. The home actually consists of 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, but there is room to make more bedrooms and there is a sofa bed in both the living room and the hallway upstairs.
You enter the living room, where a part of the old olive mill still stands in the middle and at one end there is a dining room and at the other end a living room with a nice fireplace. From the living room there is access to the kitchen and from the kitchen there is access to the toilet in the basement.
On the 1st floor there is a bathroom and a bedroom. In the hallway there is a sofa bed. Part of the hallway area could be converted into a bedroom. From the bedroom there is access to a terrace with a fantastic view of the valley and mountains.
The outdoor area consists of several terraces with views of the mountains and valley. Here there are orange, lemon and avocado trees, as well as various other trees, flowers and vines.
In the garden in front of the house, there is a pool and in the area next to the house there is a barbecue and sitting area, where you are surrounded by flowers, trees and vines.
There is no noise at all, as it is a cul-de-sac and the neighbors are far away.
One part of the house is built into the rock.
The town is above the house and there is only a 10 minute walk to shopping and restaurants. So you have the feeling of being in the countryside, as the building is below the cliff, but actually has a village very close.
To get to the house by car, you have to drive about 750 meters on a cemented mountain road.
